Aston Martin Vantage F1 Edition
The British manufacturer has just unveiled the Aston Martin Vantage F1 Edition: a road-going version of the Aston Martin Vantage F1 Safety car.
Would you like an Aston Martin safety car? And what’s more, an exclusive Vantage unlike any other? LUXURYLAND presents the Vantage F1 Edition. This variant of the Aston Martin Vantage will be offered both as a Coupé and a Roadster. Pricing has not yet been announced, but we reckon that it will cost €163,000, i.e. €40,000 more than a basic Vantage.
Under the hood, Aston Martin’s F1 know-how is at work. The Vantage F1 Edition sees the power of its melodious 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 increase from 510 hp to no less than 535 hp. Torque remains unchanged, capped at 685 Nm.
The British automaker has reworked its automatic gearbox. The 8-speed automatic gearbox has been reworked for quicker gear changes. Steering and suspension have also been reworked.
This Aston Martin Vantage F1 is also distinguished by other special features. The British sports car is fitted with 21-inch wheels and special Pirelli tires. There’s also a spoiler attached to the rear.
With such modifications, the Aston Martin Vantage F1 boasts a top speed of 314 km/h for the Coupé version and 305 km/h for the wind-in-the-hair version, the Roadster.
