Distinguishing itself from the Diablo VT, the second-generation Diablo VT Roadster, produced from 1999 to 2000, underwent significant improvements. This iteration featured an upgraded interior, larger brakes, and new fixed headlamp units. The heart of the beast, Lamborghini's 5.7-liter V12, was enhanced to deliver an impressive 529 BHP.
While standard production of the second-generation VT Roadster concluded in 1999, a limited run of 30 Millennium Edition Roadsters emerged in 2000. The Diablo Roadster made its grand entrance at the 1992 Geneva Motor Show, revolutionizing the perception of open-top supercars.
