For visitors and buyers

Purpose of the marketplace

LuxuryPulse is a global marketplace for new and used luxury cars, sports cars, supercars, hypercars and collector vehicles. Operated by LUXURY SL in Andorra, it brings together professional inventories and lets buyers contact sellers directly.

Listings, prices and availability

Listings present available information about vehicles and sellers. A vehicle may be reserved, sold or repriced after publication. Confirm availability, condition, history, equipment and documentation before committing.

For Contact for Price, obtain the amount from the seller. Currency conversions and financing calculations are estimates rather than contractual offers. Request a written quote in the seller’s currency specifying applicable taxes and fees.

Independent transactions

LuxuryPulse does not sell vehicles directly, collect vehicle payments or provide a mechanical warranty, financing approval or direct shipping service. The buyer and seller determine inspection, reservation, payment, delivery and import arrangements.

The purchase contract is concluded with the seller. These terms concern use of the marketplace and do not replace that contract.

For dealerships and professionals

Inventory publication

Publication arrangements are agreed with LUXURY SL before listings go online. The current process does not offer self-service creation of professional accounts.

Subscription and commercial terms

Professional listing services use a subscription model, with no LuxuryPulse commission on vehicle sales. Price, scope, duration and applicable terms must be specified in the agreement with LUXURY SL before any commitment.

Information supplied by sellers

Professionals must provide accurate vehicle information and report changes in availability or price. They remain responsible for their offers and the legal obligations applying to their businesses.

Site use and applicable law

Content and service use

Use the site lawfully, without submitting misleading information, abusive messages or content infringing third-party rights. Text, trademarks and images may be protected by their owners’ rights; viewing them does not give a general right to reproduce or redistribute them.

Availability and reporting issues

The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance. Report errors or content affecting your rights to LUXURY SL, with the page address and details needed to examine the request. Linked external services apply their own terms.

Applicable law and disputes

Applicable law depends on relevant private international law rules and the user’s circumstances. Mandatory consumer protections, where applicable, remain unaffected.

For a dispute concerning LuxuryPulse, you may contact LUXURY SL to seek an amicable resolution. This step does not restrict your legal remedies.
