The 1967 to 1972 Chevrolet C10, often called the Action Line generation, is one of the most popular bases for custom trucks in the United States. This 1972 example was built as a tribute truck supporting the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, with the backing of country singer Jelly Roll, whose signature is on the glovebox. Power comes from a supercharged 6.2-liter LT4 V8 with a 10L90 10-speed automatic, a billet serpentine drive, an aluminum radiator with electric fans and a Borla stainless exhaust, on a restored frame. The chassis has a complete QA1 front clip, tubular control arms, adjustable coilovers front and rear, a fully adjustable rear suspension, rack-and-pinion power steering, a GM 12-bolt rear end and Wilwood brakes with six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers on drilled and slotted rotors. The bed carries a 9/11 memorial with New York skyline artwork, and the tailgate honors Flight 93 passenger Todd Beamer, with Jelly Roll x Tunnel to Towers fender badges. Inside are Dakota Digital VHX gauges, Vintage Air conditioning, a sound system with two 10-inch subwoofers and an Intro steering wheel, and the truck rides on staggered 22-inch Intro wheels. Classics at Earth MotorCars are sold as miles exempt. The truck is offered in Carrollton, Texas.
