Unveiled at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, the LaFerrari was Ferrari's first hybrid road car and the successor to the Enzo. Its mid-mounted, naturally aspirated 6.3-litre V12 develops 800 CV on its own and works with an electric motor through the HY-KERS system derived from Formula 1, for a combined output of 963 CV (708 kW) according to Ferrari. Power reaches the rear wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox, and the carbon-fibre chassis was developed with the Scuderia's racing department.
Ferrari limited production of the coupe to 499 cars, sold by invitation, before adding the open LaFerrari Aperta. That scarcity has made the car one of the reference hypercars of its decade, alongside the McLaren P1 and the Porsche 918 Spyder.
This 2014 example is finished in Rosso Corsa, the classic Ferrari racing red, and the dealer lists just. McLaren Orlando presents it as a pre-owned car, with stock number MP340; the interior colour is not published.
The LaFerrari is offered by McLaren Orlando at 1111 South Orlando Avenue in Winter Park, Florida, north of downtown Orlando.
