This ultra-rare, limited-edition supercar is one of only 80 units produced worldwide, making it a true collector's item. The Regera was specifically designed to be a luxury megacar alternative to Koenigsegg’s traditional extreme, lightweight, race-like road-legal cars. It combines a powerful twin-turbo V8 combustion engine with three electric motors and battery power via new powertrain technology called the Koenigsegg Direct Drive (KDD). The Regera continues the tradition of offering outrageous speed, supreme comfort, and a unique Direct Drive experience. The exterior of this particular Regera is finished in a "Crystal White" and "Clear Carbon" finish, while the interior is adorned with "Black" Alcantara and leather with contrasting "White" stitching.

The Koenigsegg Regera boasts a hybrid powertrain that delivers 1,500 horsepower and over 1,475 lb-ft of torque. The Regera's unique Direct Drive system eliminates the traditional gearbox, providing the most advanced and efficient drivetrain possible. The Regera's dry-sump twin-turbo, DOHC, 5.0-liter V8 engine offers significant power in a compact package. The powertrain produces a combined 1500 hp with electric propulsion providing instant torque from the KDD while smaller, faster spooling turbos are fitted to enhance performance. Koenigsegg developed and implemented a clutch-slip mechanism using hydraulic coupling to convert torque at medium/high speeds during fast acceleration. This allows the ICE to gain revs and power, giving the physical and aural sensation of a traditional downshift, even without a gearbox.

The "Black" Alcantara and leather interior with contrasting "White" stitching is the epitome of luxury, providing a plush and sophisticated atmosphere while you're behind the wheel. The Regera's rear subframe allows the engine and transmission to rest on active soft mounts. In normal driving conditions, the mounts stay soft and isolate engine noise and vibrations. During spirited driving, the mounts firm up to solidify the car and give greater response. The shock absorbers are active in both height and stiffness, adjusting instantly to your inputs behind the wheel.
