Overview of this 2019 McLaren Senna used for sale

Named in honor of the Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna, this 2019 model is part of a limited production run of only 500 units. Its lightweight construction and advanced aerodynamics make it one of the most extreme road-legal cars ever produced by McLaren, delivering performance both on the track and on the road.

At the core of the McLaren Senna lies a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine, generating 800 hp and 800 Nm of torque. Paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, this engine propels the Senna from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds and from 0 to 200 km/h in 6.8 seconds. The car’s top speed is 340 km/h. The Senna’s power-to-weight ratio is achieved through its lightweight carbon fiber monocoque chassis, which weighs only 1,198 kg. The advanced RaceActive Chassis Control II suspension system and active aerodynamics further enhance its track capabilities, making the Senna a true engineering marvel.

This hypercar is part of McLaren’s Ultimate Series, following in the footsteps of the F1 and P1 models.

Description: A hypercar that. This 2019 model comes in Onyx Black with a Carbon Black Alcantara interior.

Ultimate Series development
Unveiled online in December 2017, the Senna joined McLaren’s Ultimate Series. Its MonoCage III carbon structure develops the 720S architecture, with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo M840TR V8 and rear-wheel drive.
Aerodynamic control
The large adjustable rear wing also acts as an air brake. A double-element rear diffuser, roof intake and front aerodynamic elements manage downforce and cooling, with hydraulic RaceActive Chassis Control II supporting the chassis.
Production and GTR distinction
McLaren hand-built 500 road-going Sennas at Woking, with deliveries beginning in 2018. The track-only GTR has a separate production series, wider bodywork and revised aerodynamic and suspension specifications.
