Presented in Aluminium Silver Metallic with extensive visible carbon fibre elements (bonnet, roof, speedster sides, side intakes, mirrors), this Regera includes the Ghost Package and AirCore carbon fibre wheels. Details such as aluminium silver brake calipers , black aluminium trim , and polished carbon fibre inserts contribute to its bespoke aesthetic.

The interior features Desiato leather with Snow contrast stitching and French stitching , complemented by matt carbon fibre finishes across the dashboard, console, and airbag module.

The Koenigsegg Regera was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2015. Developed as a luxury grand touring alternative to Koenigsegg’s track-oriented models, it introduced the revolutionary Koenigsegg Direct Drive system. The Regera is built on a bespoke carbon fibre monocoque, combining electric propulsion with a V8 twin-turbocharged engine, eliminating the need for a conventional gearbox. Limited to just 80 units globally, each car is uniquely specified through the brand’s in-house production facility in Ängelholm, Sweden.

The Koenigsegg Regera is powered by a 5.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine paired with three electric motors and a 9.27 kWh battery pack. The combined output reaches approximately 1,500 hp and 2,000 Nm of torque. The car uses the pioneering Koenigsegg Direct Drive (KDD) system, which eliminates the traditional gearbox to deliver near-instant torque and seamless acceleration.

Acceleration figures are extraordinary: 0–100 km/h in 2.8 seconds , 0–200 km/h in 6.6 seconds , and 0–400 km/h in under 20 seconds. The top speed exceeds 400 km/h. Regenerative braking, torque vectoring, and fully active suspension systems ensure both stability and ride quality.

The Koenigsegg Regera has appeared in limited public auctions due to its rarity and bespoke nature. Due to its low production and collector status, private treaty sales remain the primary channel for transactions.
