Overview of this 2024 BRABUS Crawler new for sale

This is not a road-homologated vehicle,it’s a factory-built off-road extreme machine with 900 PS , portal axles , and a tubular chassis engineered for the most demanding terrains.

Introduced in 2022, the BRABUS CRAWLER is a radical, limited-production, no-compromise off-road machine designed for desert use. Unlike traditional G-Class BRABUS builds, it features a complete steel tube frame , a fully open carbon fiber body , and a bespoke suspension system. It’s not road legal, this is pure, engineered wilderness performance.

the CRAWLER uses the BRABUS Rocket 900 V8 engine , a twin-turbocharged 4.4L powerhouse delivering 900 PS (662 kW) and 1,250 Nm of torque (limited to 1,050 Nm). It includes a BRABUS BoostXtra blow-off system , high-performance exhaust with flap control , and a special ECU map for maximum low-end power delivery. All power is sent to a permanent all-wheel-drive system with electronically controlled differential locks.

This vehicle is not road legal ,designed exclusively for private off-road use , it represents the most extreme concept ever built by BRABUS , with portal axles, a tube frame, full carbon body, and military-spec suspension. It’s as close as it gets to an ultra-luxury Dakar-ready machine.

Model background · BRABUS CRAWLER 900

Purpose-built chassis
The CRAWLER has a high-strength tubular-steel frame and an open carbon-fiber body with 4 seats. Despite its G-Class-inspired appearance, it is a purpose-built BRABUS off-roader. Production was limited to 15 vehicles.
Rocket V8
Its twin-turbo Rocket 900 V8 displaces 4,407 cc, marketed as 4.5 liters. Output is 662 kW / 900 PS; the engine’s 1,250 Nm peak is electronically capped at 1,050 Nm in the vehicle, with a 9-speed automatic.
Portal suspension
Portal axles give 53 cm of ground clearance. Adjustable dampers, 20-inch forged wheels and 40-inch off-road tires are part of the CRAWLER’s chassis specification. BRABUS limits top speed to 160 km/h.
