Plug-in V12 development
Revealed on March 29, 2023, the Revuelto succeeded the Aventador. Its L545 6.5-liter V12 works with three electric motors and a rechargeable 3.8 kWh battery, rather than the supercapacitor system used by the Sián.
Transmission change
An 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox replaces the Aventador's 7-speed single-clutch ISR. The new drivetrain combines combustion and electric propulsion in an all-wheel-drive layout.
Carbon chassis
Lamborghini reports a carbon-fiber monocoque 10% lighter than the Aventador's chassis, with 25% greater torsional rigidity. The rear structure uses high-strength aluminum alloys.
