Model background · Ferrari Purosangue

F175 development

The Purosangue project began in 2017 under the F175 code and was publicly confirmed in 2018. Ferrari unveiled the production model on September 13, 2022, before series production began in 2023.

V12 powertrain

A naturally aspirated 6,496 cc F140 IA V12 sits in a front-mid position. Its 725 PS rating is paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission and all-wheel drive, rather than the twin-turbo V8 architecture of several rival SUVs.

Rear-door arrangement

The rear doors hinge at their trailing edge, opening toward the back of the car. A fixed center pillar remains between the front and rear openings; the coach-door arrangement changes access to the rear seats.
