About the Alpina B5

It is built on the BMW 5 Series of the E60 generation; the saloon weighs 1,720 kg and the E61 Touring 1,810 kg. From 2008 the B5 S took over with 530 PS and 724 Nm, a recalibrated EDC suspension and 20-inch wheels.

Alpina built the E60 B5 from 2005 to 2011 at Buchloe, in Bavaria, as the fastest member of the 5 Series family of its time.
