About the Jaguar XF
The structure is the aluminium-intensive iQ[Al] architecture, with double wishbones at the front and an integral link rear axle. The second generation arrived in 2015 and was reworked in 2020, when the cabin was rebuilt around a curved-glass touchscreen.
Jaguar has belonged, with Land Rover, to Tata Motors since 2008, and its Ingenium engines are built at Wolverhampton. The marque stopped taking orders for its combustion range in 2024 to relaunch as an electric-only maker.
