About the Bugatti Chiron

The body structure is carbon fibre, stiff to 50,000 Nm per degree, and the top speed is held to 380 km/h unless the second key raises it to 420. It weighs 1,996 kg, and 501 cars were built between 2016 and 2024, all variants counted.

Bugatti has built cars at Molsheim in Alsace since Ettore Bugatti founded the marque in 1909, and under Volkswagen since 1998. The Chiron succeeded the Veyron in 2016, named after the works driver Louis Chiron.
