G 65 V12 conversion

The original 800 WIDESTAR debuted at the 2013 Qatar Motor Show, based on the Mercedes G 65 AMG and its 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12.

V12 engineering

BRABUS developed new turbochargers and exhaust manifolds for the 12-cylinder engine, with four water-to-air intercoolers beneath the carbon hood scoop.

Factory specification

The 2013 specification is 588 kW / 800 PS and a 1,420 Nm engine peak, capped at 1,100 Nm in the vehicle. A 7-speed automatic and permanent four-wheel drive deliver a quoted 4.2-second 0-100 km/h time and limited 250 km/h maximum.
