About the Jaguar F Type R
The F-Type is built on a bonded and riveted aluminium structure, and the R coupé adds an electronic rear differential, adaptive dampers and a torque-vectoring system that brakes the inside wheel.
Jaguar has belonged, with Land Rover, to Tata Motors since 2008, and its Ingenium engines are built at Wolverhampton. The marque stopped taking orders for its combustion range in 2024 to relaunch as an electric-only maker.
