About the Jaguar I Pace HSE

With the battery in the floor and a motor at each end, the car has no transmission tunnel and no engine bay to fill, which is why the cabin sits further forward than a combustion car of the same length allows. The body is aluminium.

Magna Steyr built the I-Pace at Graz in Austria from 2018 to 2024. It was the first electric Jaguar, and it reached the market before the German marques had an answer of their own in the class.
