About the Lancia Delta HF Integrale 16V

The Evoluzione widened the front and rear tracks by 54 and 60 mm under wheel arches pressed in one piece, and added raised strut towers with an aluminium brace, a strengthened steering rack, larger brake discs with Brembo calipers and an adjustable roof spoiler. Evoluzione cars were built from October 1991 through 1992, the season in which Lancia won its sixth consecutive World Rally Championship for manufacturers.

The Delta was built at Lancia's Chivasso plant; in late 1992 assembly of the Evoluzione passed to Maggiora, which took over part of the closed factory and restarted production on 16 October 1992.
