About the McLaren Artura Spider

The structure is the MCLA carbon lightweight architecture, new with the Artura, with an electronic differential and a multi-link rear axle. The Spider weighs 1,560 kg, 62 kg over the coupé, and the 7.4 kWh battery gives 31 km of electric range.

McLaren Automotive has built every road car on a carbon fibre tub since the MP4-12C of 2011, and splits its range into the Sports Series, the Super Series and the Ultimate Series. The LT badge, revived from the F1 GTR Longtail, marks the lightened and shorter-geared versions.
