About the Porsche Panamera 4S (971)

The second Panamera stands on the Volkswagen Group MSB platform shared with the Bentley Continental GT, is 35 mm longer than the first on a 30 mm longer wheelbase, and can have rear-axle steering. Touch-sensitive surfaces replace the buttons, and two seven-inch displays flank a central rev counter that recalls the 356 A.

The 4S was one of the three versions available when the second Panamera went on sale in November 2016; built at Leipzig, it reached 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds and 289 km/h before the 2020 facelift.
