The car is built on the carbon fibre monocoque of the Sián FKP 37, with scissor doors, and weighs 1,595 kg dry. One hundred and twelve cars were built in 2022, fifty years after the first Countach.

Lamborghini has built its cars at Sant'Agata Bolognese since 1963 and keeps two lines: the V12 flagship, from the Miura to the Revuelto, and the V10 that ran from the Gallardo to the Huracán. Since the Sián of 2019 the V12 has carried a 48-volt hybrid system.
