About the Lamborghini Huracán STO

STO stands for Super Trofeo Omologata: the car is the one-make racer made road legal. Three quarters of the bodywork is carbon fibre, the bonnet, wings and bumper lift as a single piece, a snorkel feeds the engine through the roof, and the brakes come from Formula One practice.

Lamborghini assembles the Huracán at Sant'Agata Bolognese, on a chassis built by Audi at Neckarsulm. It replaced the Gallardo, the best-selling Lamborghini of all time, and shares its floor and its ten-cylinder engine with the Audi R8.
