Putting the twelve into the smallest Aston Martin required forty millimetres of extra track, a reworked suspension and a bonded aluminium platform braced to take the load, for a kerb weight of 1,795 kg.

Aston Martin built 333 V12 Vantage coupés in 2022 and called the car the last of its kind, the twelve-cylinder having no successor in the Vantage line. All were spoken for before the first was delivered.
